This course works at the body level — giving you real-time somatic tools that work in the activated moment, not just when you're already calm. Each module takes approximately 60–90 minutes of engaged time spread across a week — reading the lessons, completing the worksheet/ reflection prompts, and doing the somatic practice. The practices are 5-9 minutes and are most effective when done daily between modules.
