At the heart of this program are one-on-one private sessions with Jordan.
Each 90-minute call is a space where we work directly with what’s coming up for you in real time — whether that’s overthinking, fear of abandonment, or feeling like you’re too much in your relationships.
Using a blend of parts work, somatic practices, and subconscious reprogramming — including EFT tapping, ThetaHealing, and breathwork — you’ll learn how to understand your patterns, regulate your nervous system, and respond from a more grounded, secure place.
