SHADOW WORK

FOR ANXIOUS ATTACHMENT

An 8-week shadow work program for the anxiously attached — personalized to help you stop repeating the same relationship pattern and become someone who doesn't have to abandon herself to stay close to someone else.

Maybe you've noticed this about yourself…

ou can be incredibly self-aware and still find yourself doing things you swore you wouldn't do.

You notice yourself becoming preoccupied with someone.

Reading into a change in their tone.

Trying to figure out what they're thinking.

Making yourself smaller so you don't risk being “too much.”

Or knowing something doesn't feel right and still feeling pulled toward it.

You understand what's happening. You just can't seem to stop it from happening.

Anxious attachment can give you language for what you're experiencing. But it doesn't always explain why your particular patterns have such a hold on you.

These responses aren't simply thoughts you can reason your way out of. They're patterns your system learned through experience — beliefs, protective strategies, and expectations about what it takes to stay connected.

Anxious attachment tells you what the pattern looks like. Shadow work asks why it's there.

That's where we go deeper.

You understand the pattern. So why does it keep happening?

There is a structure to this work. But there isn't a script.

Your anxious attachment doesn't look exactly like anyone else's.

So we're not going to follow a predetermined curriculum or spend eight weeks checking off the same healing topics.

We'll follow your pattern — what keeps happening, what gets activated, and what lives underneath it.

Maybe that's the part of you that believes being easy to love will keep someone from leaving.

Or it's the part that learned to anticipate everyone else's needs before they could become disappointed in you.

Perhaps you don't know yet. That's part of the work.

How the work unfolds

The shift we're working toward

❌ “ I never get anxious anymore.”

❌ “I don't need anyone.”

❌ “I never get triggered.”

❌ “I finally found someone who makes me feel secure.”

✅ “I can feel anxiety without immediately obeying it.”

✅ “I can need someone without making their response responsible for my worth.”

✅ “I know how to stay with myself when I am.”

✅ “I trust myself enough to notice whether this relationship is actually capable of meeting me.”

And perhaps most importantly: You stop treating your own needs, feelings, and sensitivity as the problem you have to solve in order to be loved.

This work is for you if…

You've done a lot of personal development already — but you keep finding yourself in the same emotional territory.

You want to understand the deeper roots of your anxious attachment, rather than simply managing the symptoms.

You are tired of trying to “be more secure” by overriding what you actually feel.

You suspect there is something underneath your overthinking, people-pleasing, hypervigilance or fear of abandonment that you haven't quite reached yet.

You want support that is responsive to you, rather than another program telling you what you should be working on that week.

And you're ready to stop making yourself the problem every time a relationship becomes uncertain.

You made it here for a reason.

“I’ve been doing talk therapy for 10 years and I truly never felt like I was making progress. In just one session with Jordan, I was surprised at how easily my judgment part came to me... I felt very calm and at peace when our session ended. The pain and tightness in my chest were gone — I could breathe easier.”

— Leanna

In 8 weeks you’ll receive:

  • 6 × 90-minute private sessions with Jordan — deeply held spaces to slow down, follow what's emerging, and work directly with the patterns underneath your anxious attachment.

  • 2 integration weeks — intentional space to let the work settle into your actual life rather than rushing from breakthrough to breakthrough.

  • Personalized somatic practices — short practices created around what your nervous system needs — not a generic library of exercises.

  • Direct WhatsApp support — because your patterns don't politely wait until your next appointment. Bring questions, reflections, breakthroughs, or moments when you're struggling to stay with yourself.

  • Weekly reflection + integration — small invitations to help you notice how the work is showing up outside our sessions.

This isn't a program you complete — it's a relationship with yourself you begin to change.

There is no perfect way to “do” shadow work.

No checklist of wounds you need to uncover. No requirement to dredge up every painful thing that's ever happened to you.

We'll work at the pace your system can actually integrate.

Sometimes that means going deeper. Sometimes it means staying with something simple. Other time the most important thing we do is notice what your body is already telling you.

You don't have to come in knowing what's wrong.

You just have to be willing to get curious about what's happening.

This is not a course you purchase and work through on your own.

The 1:1 sessions are the work.

There is no pre-built curriculum because your healing isn't going to follow someone else's sequence.

What we explore, what practices I give you, and where we go next are shaped by your history, your patterns, your nervous system, and what is actually happening in your life.

You're not fitting yourself into a program.

The work is built around you.

FAQs

I’m Jordan, I’ll Be Your Guide

I’m a Somatic Attachment Coach helping anxious souls heal abandonment wounds, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with the parts of themselves they once had to hide.

My work blends somatic attachment therapy and shadow work with nervous system repair to support souls in transforming limiting beliefs,  self-doubt, and anxiety into self-trust, compassion, and wholeness.

After years of healing through solitude, travel, somatics, and relational mirrors, I now guide others home to themselves, with compassion, clarity, and deep respect for their timing.
