At the heart of this program are 1:1 private sessions with Jordan.

Each 90-minute call is a space where we work directly with what’s coming up for you in real time — whether that’s overthinking, fear of abandonment, or feeling like you’re too much in your relationships.

Using a blend of parts work, somatic practices, and subconscious reprogramming — including EFT tapping, ThetaHealing, and breathwork — you’ll learn how to understand your patterns, regulate your nervous system, and respond from a more grounded, secure place.

  • 2x Integration Weeks: intentional space between sessions to process, practice, and build capacity — so the work doesn’t just stay in the session, but begins to shift how you show up in your daily life.

  • WhatsApp/iMessage Support: for guidance, questions, and support in the moments you need it most — not just after, but while you’re in it.

  • Personalized Somatic Exercises: short, guided exercises to help you regulate your nervous system, stay with yourself in triggering moments, and build a deeper sense of internal steadiness.

What to Expect

Each week has its own theme — chosen and shaped around where you are in your journey.

After your session, you'll receive a short educational piece on that week's theme, along with reflection prompts to help you integrate what we discussed, along with somatic exercises to work with what surfaced — so the healing doesn't stay inside the call, it follows you into your week.

Every session builds on the last — so nothing is isolated, and nothing is wasted. You're not just collecting insights. You're building something.

  • Not at all. There's no pre-built curriculum. The program is created live, session by session, based entirely on your story, your patterns, and where you are in your healing.

  • Because they are the content. Jordan can't build your roadmap without being in the room with you. The sessions aren't supplemental — they're the work itself.

  • Because nothing here is templated. Every exercise, every tool, every integration practice is chosen specifically for you. You're not fitting into a program — the program is fitting around you.

  • This might actually be the most powerful time to do this work. Anxious attachment doesn't pause when you're single — it shows up in how you date, how you talk to yourself, how you handle loneliness, and the patterns you keep returning to. Doing this work outside of a relationship means you're not in the middle of a trigger storm — you have more space, more clarity, and more capacity to go deep. Many clients who join single leave with a completely different relationship with themselves, which changes everything about who they attract and how they show up when love does arrive.

  • This is actually one of the best places to start. You don't need any prior experience — just a willingness to be honest with yourself and show up. Jordan will meet you exactly where you are and guide you through every step. In fact, coming in without a framework can be an advantage — there's nothing to unlearn. The only thing required is that you're ready to look inward.

  • ? Yes — and many clients come in doing both. Therapy is incredibly valuable, but it primarily works with the conscious mind: your thoughts, your history, your narrative. This program goes a layer deeper, working with the subconscious patterns and nervous system responses that talk therapy doesn't always reach. Think of it less as an either/or and more as going wider and deeper at the same time.

  • Outside of your 90-minute sessions, most weeks ask for 15–30 minutes of your time — enough to work through a somatic exercise, listen to a meditation, or sit with what came up in session. This isn't a program that piles on homework. The integration happens in the small, consistent moments — and those are designed to fit into your real life, not take it over.

I’m a Somatic Attachment Coach helping anxious souls heal abandonment wounds, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with the parts of themselves they once had to hide.

My work blends somatic attachment therapy and shadow work with nervous system repair to support souls in transforming limiting beliefs,  self-doubt, and anxiety into self-trust, compassion, and wholeness.

After years of healing through solitude, travel, somatics, and relational mirrors, I now guide others home to themselves, with compassion, clarity, and deep respect for their timing.
