Your anxious mind isn’t your enemy — it’s trying to protect you
From Overthinking to Self-Trust Workshop
One of the quietest costs of anxious attachment is never quite trusting what you see or feel.
You notice a shift in tone. A little distance. A slower reply. Something feels off, and almost immediately, your mind starts asking:
Am I overreacting?
Is this real?
Or is this just my anxiety talking?
Over time, this creates a painful disconnect from your own inner authority.
This workshop is designed to help you understand the deeper roots of overthinking through the lens of shadow work — so you can stop making every feeling a problem to solve and start building a more honest, grounded relationship with yourself.
What you’ll discover…
Why overthinking happens in the first place: Understand how the anxious mind develops as a protective strategy in relationships, not a personal flaw.
The connection between shadow work and anxious attachment: Learn how old fears, unmet needs, and disowned emotional patterns can shape what you assume, fear, and make things mean in love.
Why self-trust gets lost in relationships: Explore how anxious attachment can make you doubt your own perception and confuse projection, intuition, and real discernment.
How to tell the difference between a wound and a genuine signal: Begin building the capacity to notice when something is truly off versus when something older is being activated in you.
A somatic exercise for working with your anxious mind: Experience a guided body-based practice to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and respond with more steadiness.

This is for the part of you that…
Replays conversations trying to figure out what went wrong
Reads into small shifts in energy, tone, or texting patterns
Struggles to tell the difference between intuition and anxiety
Blames yourself first when something feels off
Wants to trust yourself in relationships, but doesn’t always know how
Is tired of living in your head and wants a more grounded way forward
This isn’t just about ‘managing anxiety.’
This workshop goes deeper than coping skills alone. We’ll be working at the intersection of:
01
Shadow Work
To uncover the older beliefs and emotional patterns underneath overthinking.
02
Somatic Awareness
To understand how anxiety lives in the body and how to stay with yourself when it gets activated.
03
Relational Healing
To rebuild self-trust so you can move through dating and relationships with more clarity and less self-abandonment.
The goal isn’t to become someone who never gets triggered.
It’s to become someone who can recognize what’s happening inside of them, stay with themselves in the moment, and respond from a more grounded place.
You’ll leave with
A deeper understanding of what your anxious mind is protecting
Language for the patterns underneath your overthinking
More clarity around projection vs. discernment
Somatic tools you can return to when your mind starts spiraling
A stronger sense of self-trust in moments that usually pull you out of yourself
